Months ago, I predicted that Mythic Alchemy wanted to be published on Ganesha Chaturthi. On September 14, 2026, that prediction became reality. My seventh book carries teachings reaching back to my holistic health curriculum of the 1990s, woven with mythology, Navarasa, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, meditation, embodied practice, and decades of discovery—with Ganesha as my guide throughout.
Late last night, before I went to sleep, I saw the headlines:
An 8.8 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Russia.
Tsunami swells blooming across the Pacific—toward Japan, Alaska, Hawaii, even touching the West Coast of the U.S.
I never thought I would make it to age 64. Here I am now one step closer to 65. When I awoke on October 27, 2023 I was inspired to write this in gratitude for this lifetime.
Once I discovered the art of wordsmithing embraced in the chamber of journal and pen, I could not turn back from the infinite arms of this most tantalizing lover.
