The Mists of mercury Retrograde have begun!
If the final days of February felt like crossed wires and emotional static, you were not imagining it. March brings an opportunity for reflection. This is a more proactive way to engage with Mercury retrograde, which began on February 26 and takes us through March 20. Be accommodating to new ideas that arrive in layers rather than as lightning-bolt inspirations.
When this trickster moves into retrograde motion, we are often urged to revisit conversations we thought were complete. Keep a lookout for hairline fractures. Choose patience so you do not burn bridges. Practice forgiveness of self and others.
The Sun glides through Pisces for most of this month, inviting quiet reflection as we approach the vernal equinox on March 20. This is when the Fire Horse fuels up.
On March 2, Mars enters Pisces, joining the Sun in sensitive and sometimes foggy waters. Efforts to explain yourself or push for resolution may veer off track. Actions driven by feeling rather than clarity can be misunderstood. Move slowly. Speak thoughtfully. Not every situation requires immediate correction.
The Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 3 sharpens the urge to fix, edit, and perfect. Be mindful of the inner critic. Precision has its place, but compassion is the deeper medicine now.
Venus enters Aries on March 6, shifting into a higher gear. This sparks bold attractions and quick desires. Yet with Mercury still retrograde, not every spark carries staying power. Let curiosity breathe before making lasting commitments, especially with Mercury still retracing its steps.
March 7 brings a powerful conjunction of the Sun, Venus, and Mercury. Emotions turn up the volume, along with the risk of saying too much too fast. Notice where confidence may be running slightly ahead of clarity. Watch for ego bursts and attraction to the wrong choices.
Relief begins to stir when Jupiter turns direct on March 11. The currents begin to move again, especially around home, belonging, and emotional growth.
A palpable energetic shift arrives with the Equinox on March 20, when the Sun enters Aries and Mercury turns direct. Mental fog begins to lift. Forward motion feels safer. This is not a signal to speed up. Take your time.
Late March carries potent sensitivity points. The Sun’s conjunction with Neptune on March 22 heightens inspiration but also illusion. Check what you want to be true. Sensitive reactions may surface in yourself or others.
On March 25, the Sun meets Saturn in Aries, bringing a necessary reality check. Be honest with yourself as you evaluate whether your vision is clear.
On March 26, Venus conjunct Chiron could stir old relationship wounds. Use this as an opening for meaningful, healing conversations. Be sure to include yourself in the understanding.
The month closes on steadier ground when Venus enters Taurus on March 30. The good choices you have made begin to take root, and stability returns.
