In this webinar you learned about the Pillars of health, body types, food combining, and blood type influences. I also taught you about parasites and why we need to cleanse them out of our systems on a regular basis. The symptoms and side-effects they leave us with are many and vary for each of us. The cleansing process can kick up a lot of different sensations. You heard my client Lyndsay talk about the validity of having access to me on a daily basis both before you watched the class and in her sharing in a testimonial. Lyndsay was the one who asked me to please create this class so that she could share it with the people she loves and convince them to reach out for my help.


Each body is different, just the same as each individual. There is no way single way to determine what you are going to need need or what is going to work in the best way for you until I assess what is going on and what your current lifestyle and habits are.

Something that has made me sad about what I experienced in the past when I worked in clinics is that far too many people waited to come to me until it was too late. In Traditional Oriental Medicine we have a saying, “It takes as long to harmonize a situation as the symptoms have been present.”


Unfortunately, many people deny the symptoms and instead live with pain. They head straight to a diagnosis which often places them on subscriptions of medications to masks the symptoms. This slowly eats away at their vitality as the drugs diminish their quality of life.
